Virtual Quant Finance Algorithmic Challenge – London

Quant Finance Algorithmic Challenge: 6:00 pm – 8:15 pm (BST)

Q&A and online networking: 8:15 pm – 10:00 pm (BST)

This online challenge involves taking part in a live trading simulation game that will give you an insight into the world of quantitative finance. The event will be run by our Quantitative Researchers and Machine Learning Specialists, who will share their knowledge about the industry and how a mathematical skill set can be transferred into other areas outside of academia.

Please note, the deadline for registration for this event is Friday 2 July.

Once you have registered you will receive a unique link to join the event which you should use to log in by 5:45 pm on the day of the event, so that you can meet your teammates and learn how to navigate the online event space. You will be emailed further information on how the afternoon will run on the day prior to the event, so please look out for this. Members of the winning team will receive a £200 voucher each for Amazon! All attendees will also get to vote on what charity G-Research will donate £1,000 to.

One of our Quant Researchers will explain how the trading game works, the details of each round and what you will need to do.
