Interview Process

What we look for We are looking for a variety of different experiences depending on the function and role in our Business Management teams. In general, we focus on candidates with a record of academic and business achievement.
Interview Process You’ll have an initial phone interview to discuss the role with us. This is followed by several interviews with the team you’ll be joining, where you may be asked to demonstrate technical skills relevant for the role. You’ll also have the chance to meet your future colleagues, get a sense of the daily work you would undertake, and discover what the team has planned for the future.
