G-Research passionately believes in being a positive force in our community. We have recently launched our first unified Corporate Social Responsibility strategy to build on the excellent charitable work happening across the company. This includes the key areas below.

Volunteering

We boast an incredible array of world-class skill sets across the G-Research team. We are committed to using these abilities to make a positive difference in areas that our employees are passionate about. This includes tutoring, working to get more women into STEM, third sector technology support, and hands-on local community projects.

Fundraising

G-Research provides company matching, doubling all donations raised by employees for charities of their choosing. We also offer Give as you Earn to facilitate more effective regular giving. And one month a year is designated as Make a Difference Month, where we treble the funds raised for our charity of the year.

Environment

We are committed to building a sustainable business. We work closely with our technology partners to identify hardware improvements to benefit the environment and to ensure our old IT is properly recycled. We have also recently improved recycling points across our offices and are investing in renewable energy sources where possible.

Greater Change

Greater Change provides financial support to those who are homeless due to long-term structural failings, enabling people to break the vicious cycle and overcome homelessness permanently. Greater Change is G-Research’s Charity of the Year for 2019-20.

Heart of the City - 2019 Member

We want to do well by doing good. This year we’re proud to be members of Heart of the City – they’re supporting us to develop a responsible business programme that will help us have a positive impact on people, places and the planet.

During 2019 we’ll be developing activities around connecting with and supporting our local community, making sure our business practices are environmentally friendly and improving our workplace for employees. We’re excited to keep you updated with what we’re doing!
