Our Affinity Groups are employee-led communities where people can share experiences and propose company-wide continuous improvement recommendations that align with our business values.
Currently, we have four groups: Ethnic Minority Group, LGBTQ+ Group, Mental Health and Disability Group, and the Women in STEM Group.
We boast an incredible array of world-class skill sets across the G-Research team. We are committed to using these abilities to make a positive difference in areas that our employees are passionate about. This includes tutoring, working to get more women into STEM, third sector technology support, and hands-on local community projects.
G-Research provides company matching, doubling all donations raised by employees for charities of their choosing. We also offer Give as you Earn to facilitate more effective regular giving. And one month a year is designated as Make a Difference Month, where we treble the funds raised for our charity of the year.
We are committed to building a sustainable business. We work closely with our technology partners to identify hardware improvements to benefit the environment and to ensure our old IT is properly recycled. We have also recently improved recycling points across our offices and are investing in renewable energy sources where possible.
Greater Change provides financial support to those who are homeless due to long-term structural failings, enabling people to break the vicious cycle and overcome homelessness permanently. Greater Change was G-Research’s Charity of the Year for 2019-20.
