Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

The role
We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing specialist to increase visibility and awareness of the G-Research brand amongst niche audiences. To achieve this, you will curate & distribute highly targeted, engaging content & advertising to our target audiences to deliver our brand messaging, positioning us as an employer of choice, whilst also increasing awareness of & engagement with the G-Research brand. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating & managing the strategy, design, execution & refinement using analytics of digital marketing campaigns across all online platforms
  • Distributing all external communications from a Talent Acquisition standpoint. Channels will include (but not limited to):
    • Website and blogs
    • Job adverts
    • Social Media posts
    • Search Engine Marketing and Programmatic Advertising
  • The ownership and the upkeep, of the G-Research website & other external-facing channels
  • Distributing native content to improve SEO

Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have two years’ Marketing experience. You will also have the following skills:

  • Expert knowledge and experience of Google Ad Manager for highly targeted programmatic marketing and search engine marketing
  • HTML & CSS / WordPress
  • Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and InDesign
  • Technical project management skills is desirable
  • Reporting on digital marketing results – preferably with Tableau
