The role

Our Talent Acquisition team currently stands at 15 split across Quant Research/Data Science, Engineering and Technology as well as Campus Recruitment and Recruitment Marketing. Securing the very best mathematical & scientific talent is core to our success. You will be given the opportunity to actively identify and headhunt top tier PhD students across STEM subjects in UK universities to pipeline talent as well as filling immediate hiring requirements.

  • Research and engage potential ‘superstar’ candidates with outstanding achievements
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand the individual team requirements and how to best source and engage appropriate candidates
  • Manage the entire candidate experience from the initial approach of top tier candidates and CV review of applications to offer and acceptance
  • Arrange and attend fairs, case studies and other promotional events at target universities
  • Work with university societies to develop and expand brand on campus
  • Work with senior faculty on academic prizes and sponsorship’s and own management of these projects
  • Sharing expertise and market knowledge with the wider team, feeding insights in to marketing

 Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate for this role will be creative, highly organised and resourceful. You will be able to manage multiple projects at once and have experience in managing an ATS. In addition you will: 

  • Have experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
  • Possess excellent networking skills.
  • Bring ideas of how we can creatively source and engage the very best talent.
  • Be able to regularly travel nationally and occasionally internationally.
  • Have great communication skills- both written and verbal.
  • Be highly proficient in MS Office including Outlook and Excel.
