Learning & Development Administrator

The role

Our close-knit Learning & Development team is looking for an Experienced L&D administrator who can support in the build and implementation of a new LMS, helping to shape the L&D processes and procedures for the business. Enabling the team to provide excellent service; giving our employees access to world-class training, and allowing them to achieve fulfilling personal development. 

Key responsibilities will include:

•    Lead on the provision of a comprehensive and facilitative customer focused L&D administration service to all employees
•    Responsible for the organisation, co-ordination and recording of a diverse range of L&D activities
•    Assist in the review and implementation of L&D processes and procedures to deliver an effective and efficient service throughout the organisation
•    Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage the coordination of the internal training curriculum
•    Maintain accurate records
•    Support with L&D-related communications and marketing activities
•    Raise PO requests, manage invoices and work with the Programme Manager to manage the L&D budget
•    Support with the administration of the Performance Management and Learning Management systems
•    Organise and coordinate logistics for L&D activities and annual L&D programme events
•    Produce statistics for L&D dashboards/reports
•    Carry out other administrative and organisational support for the wider TD team
 

Who are we looking for?

Previous L&D experience using any LMS is highly desirable, along with other career experience in an administrative role. Required skills and experience include:
•    Exceptional organisation and time management
•    Strong prioritisation skills and a sense of urgency
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Ability to use initiative and problem solve where necessary
•    An eagerness to learn and a ‘can do’ attitude
•    Ability to complete tasks with confidence
•    Computer literacy, particularly in Outlook, Word and Excel
•    Ability to manage several tasks at once
•    Previous experience with L&D systems would be preferred
•    Strong team player
